Error Connecting to Database


CanIt-PRO could not connect to the database. The system administrator may be performing an upgrade or maintenance. The error message below is intended for the administrator.

Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "canit-db.npgco.com" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Make sure PostgreSQL is installed and configured correctly on your system. Also ensure that PHP is compiled with PostgreSQL support, and that you have run the CanIt database initialization script.
